How do I secure my desired date and time?

All appointments and services require a 50% deposit and signed contract. Once your deposit and contract has been received, your desired booking time will be reserved.

For future GBJ brides, complete the bridal inquiry form on the BRIDAL page and we will contact you back with a bridal proposal including rates. If we are available for your date, we will send you the bridal contract and retainer payment. Please note: we do not hold dates based on inquires received. Dates are reserved by completed bridal contracts and paid non-refundable retainer invoices.

Do you travel?

Yes! For makeup application appointments, I travel within Edmonton and surrounding areas. For weddings, I can travel to wherever you are getting ready. Please indicate this information on the bridal inquiry questionnaire form.

I have lash extensions, will my service be cheaper?

All makeup application services include eyelash application. Unfortunately, the price stays the same even if you have lash extensions or prefer to not wear strip or individual eyelashes.

What are your rates for makeup artistry?

For soft and full glam appointments in studio, I charge $125.00. For soft and full glam appointments on location, within Edmonton and surrounding areas, I charge $165.00.

How can I prepare for my makeup application appointment?

Please ensure you arrive with clean skin, no SPF and bring along 2-3 inspiration pictures. When selecting these pictures, choose from models or clients who share similar features and eye colour as you. It is recommended to wax or thread any facial hair 3-4 days prior to your appointment, this will enhance your makeup application.

How long does a makeup application appointment take?

Typically, all makeup application appointments range from 40-70 minutes. For bridal previews, please plan for the application to take anywhere from 40-90 minutes as we may try different looks.

How soon should I book my wedding makeup?

We are currently booking 18months out from today’s date. If your wedding date is within that timeframe, please complete the bridal inquiry questionnaire form to receive a formal bridal quote.

How long will my makeup last?

Your application can last up to 18 hours. We provide a bridal touch-up kit so you can blot away any shine and freshen up your lips.

Do you provide hair services too?

I offer simple hairstyling for events and photoshoots only. However, we do provide an exclusive hair stylist list to our brides who book with Glam by Jamm.
